VUE is a program to organize and present information in the form of conceptual maps. In developing the Academic Technology Department at Tufts University with the aim of enabling students and teachers integrate their digital resources in learning and teaching.
The maps can also be content, allowing them to connect to other digital resources.
Allows export in svg and jpg, and concept maps can be imported to CMap Tools (proprietary software).

Properly called OpenOffice.org (OpenOffice is not due to a trademark dispute), is a community project to create an office suite based on open source (LGPL licensed) from an older version of StarOffice from Sun Microsystems.
