The Pantone color guides are protected by copyright, intellectual property of Pantone company, and are definitely not free. This is the reason why they can not be distributed with free of charge. Pantano palettes are based on different original Pantone palettes, numbering preserving more of the mixture of color. Very useful for teaching color system, although not ensure absolute reliability.
